As Mr. Chakraborty, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent did not raise any objection and on going through the grounds taken in the application for leave, this court prima facie satisfied that if the leave is granted for filing an appeal against the order of acquittal, no prejudice would be caused at this stage to the respondents. Accordingly, the leave is granted.
