This is a petition under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 800 days in filing cross-objection in connection with LA App. No.93 of 2008. LA App. No.93 of 2008 has already been heard finally and the judgment is reserved. Further, as I find, there is no proper explanation of the delay of 800 days and so I find no reason at all to condone the delay.

The petition therefore stands dismissed.
