Vide judgment dated 22nd July, 2014 this Court had reduced the amount of compensation from Rs.4,24,449/- to Rs.1,76,000/-. It was also held that the appellant Union of India and the State of Tripura, respondent No.2 shall pay 50% of the compensation each along with interest. The Union of India has now deposited a sum of Rs.1,45,010/-. This amount be released to the applicant by remitting it to his personal Bank account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2(two) weeks from today. CM application is disposed of.
