OF TRIPURA & ORS HONBLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE DEEPAK GUPTA By means of this application, the petitioners have only prayed that the amount be disbursed in terms of para-6 of the judgment passed by this Court. It is, therefore, ordered that a sum of Rs.50,000/- each shall be released in favour of Sri Anup Das, Sri Uttam Das and Smti. Arati Das along with proportionate interest. The rest amount shall be invested as already ordered. After the period of 5 years, the amount payable to Smti. Arati Das shall also be remitted to her bank account.

The aforesaid amount as well as the interest shall be released in favour of the applicants by remitting it to their bank accounts, details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbooks be filed in the Registry of this Court within four weeks from today.

CM Application stands disposed of.
