SAHA The instant application is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition No. 285 of 2009 by setting aside the order of dismissal dated 10.03.2015. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Mr. Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that on 10.03.2015 when the connected writ petition was taken up for hearing he could not appear as he was seriously ill and other counsel also could not appear before the Court due to traffic problem. Mr. Chakraborty, learned Addl. GA, in his usual fairness submits that he has no objection to the prayer for restoration by way of setting aside the order of dismissal. Considering the entire facts and circumstances, as stated, by the applicant in this petition, the order dated 10.03.2015 passed in WP(C) 285 of 2009 is hereby set aside and the writ petition is restored in its original file.
