Thereafter, the investigating officer was called in Court. He informed that he had taken over the investigation only on 2nd February, 2015 and now a status report has been filed that the entire ground work with regard to the comparison of the voice samples with the recorded voice has been completed and the same has only to be sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition. The same is accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the prosecution to ensure that the case is dealt with the promptitude it deserves and matters are not delayed any further. Download Date: 8-05-2017 16:05 1/1
