Laskar appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5 has submitted a copy of letter dated 07.01.2015 of the Under Secretary to the Government of Tripura, Revenue Department, addressed to the District Magistrate & Collector, West Tripura, Agartala informing that the allotment order in favour of Sri Dhananjoy Paul (respondent No.7) has already been cancelled. Learned senior counsel, therefore, submits that since the allotment order of the land in favour of respondent No.7 has already been cancelled, there is nothing survived to be adjudicated upon in this writ petition.

Learned counsel, Mr. I. Chakraborty conceded the submission of learned senior counsel, Mr. D. Chakraborty. It is submitted by learned counsel, Mr. I. Chakraborty for the petitioners that respondent No.7 created a lot of troubles in the peaceful possession and functioning of the petitioners and, therefore, the writ petition was filed. Since the allotment order in favour of respondent No.7 has already been cancelled, the petitioners do not like to proceed further with this writ petition. Learned counsel, Mr. B.
