This is an application for release of the amount. The learned Tribunal had awarded compensation of Rs.3,61,500/-along with interest and this amount was to be paid to the claimants in equal shares.

It is not disputed that this amount was deposited by the insurance company and has been released in favour of the claimants. Therefore, each of the claimants have already got more than Rs.1,80,000/- each along with interest. Now the award has been enhanced by Rs.1,84,500/- along with interest and the insurance company has deposited a sum of Rs.2,70,421/-.

It is, therefore, ordered that out of the amount so deposited Rs.70,000/- be released in favour of the claimant-applicant No.1 Sri Ram Manik Debnath by remitting it to his personal Bank account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2(two) weeks from today.

Balance Rs.2,00,000/- be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of 5 years and the interest accruing on the said amount shall be paid to the claimant applicant No.2, Smt. Manju Debnath by remitting it to her personal Bank account on quarterly basis. After completion of 5 years the Bank shall directly pay the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the claimant applicant No.2 without even her filing a fresh application.

CM application is disposed of.
