Fatima Begam, the complainant as a party in the connected criminal revision petition. Heard learned counsel Mr. P. Saha for the petitioners and learned P.P. for the State-respondent.

As it appears, the revisional application was heard and was fixed for judgment and at that time, it was found that the complainant who initiated the criminal proceeding was not made a party in the revisional application and so, the case was again fixed for passing appropriate order and accordingly today learned counsel for the petitioners prays for adding the complaint Smt. Fatima Begam as party in the criminal revision petition. Since Fatima Begam is necessary party for decision of the criminal revision petition, prayer for adding the name of Fatima Begam, as respondent No.2, in the revisional application is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate the name of Smt. Fatima Begam, the complainant as respondent No.2 in the revisional application. Issue notice to Smt. Fatima Begam and the petitioners should take steps for service of notice within three days.
