This appeal under Section 54 of the L.A. Act, 1894 is filed challenging judgment dated 12.10.2010 passed by learned L.A. Judge(Court No.4), Agartala, West Tripura in case No. Misc.(L.A.) 78 of 2004.

It is submitted by learned counsel, Mr. Lodh that for construction of railway line vast tract of land was acquired at Mouja Badharghat under same Notification from different landowners and on the prayer of those landowners there were several references made under Section 18 of the L.A. Act to the L.A. Judge for determination of the actual market price of the land. The present case arises from such a reference made by the L.A. Collector. It is submitted by learned counsel, Mr. Lodh as well as learned counsel, Ms. Deb(Paul) that earlier L.A. App. No.14 of 2003 was decided by this Court by judgment dated 08.06.2012 and based on that judgment numerous other L.A. Appeals were also disposed of. Learned counsel of both side placed on record a copy of judgment dated 27.06.2013 passed by a Single Bench of this Court in L.A. App. No.8 of 2004 and a copy of judgment dated 13.03.2014 passed in L.A. App. No.7 of 2003 and seven other L.A. Appeals disposed together by a common judgment.

It appears that all those L.A. Appeals were disposed of based on the finding of this Court in L.A. App. No.14 of 2003.

Learned counsel of both side prayed for disposal of this appeal in the same term as that of those L.A. Appeals.

I have perused the relevant papers placed on record of this appeal and the copies of those judgments.

I find that the present appeal and L.A. App. No.8 of 2004 as well as L.A. App. No.7 of 2003 and other connected appeals, all were disposed of based on finding of this Court in L.A. App. No.14 of 2003. So, the present appeal also stands disposed of in the same terms as that of L.A. App. No.8 of 2004 and L.A. App. No.7 of 2003 and other connected appeals. Judgments passed in those appeals shall form a part of the judgment of this appeal. Copies of those judgments are kept on record. This L.A. Appeal accordingly stands disposed of.
