This is a petition filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of only 7 days in preferring the criminal revision petition under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act against the judgment and order dated 28.11.2014 delivered in Cr.Misc/FC/UDP/38/2015 by the Judge, Family Court, Gomati Judicial District, Udaipur. The causes as assigned in the Paras-2,3, & 4 of this petition constitute sufficient cause for condoning the delay.

Mr. Kohinoor N. Bhattacharji, learned counsel appearing vice Ms. Y. Taneja Bhattacharji, learned counsel for the respondent does not oppose the prayer. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and as corollary thereto, this petition stands allowed and disposed of.
