Roy Barman, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has instructed them to submit before this Court that he has received all the reliefs as prayed in the writ petition.

Mr. S. Chakraborty, learned Addl. GA as well as Mr. A. Roy Barman, learned CGC have submitted in unison that all reliefs as prayed in the writ petition has already been granted to the petitioner.

Having regard to the statement made in the Bar, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
