Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. D. Sarma, learned counsel who has entered in appearance for the respondent. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 54 days in preferring the revision petition against the judgment and order dated 13.11.2014 delivered in Misc. No.25 of 2014 by the Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura. Having regard to the explanations provided in paragraphs 3(a) to 3(i) supported by proper affidavit, this court is satisfied that the explanations so provided constitute sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Apart that, Mr. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any objection against such prayer.

Accordingly, this petition stands allowed by condoning the delay as aforesaid. Misc. case disposed of.
