The amount deposited in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the applicants Sri Jiban Krishna Baidya and Smt. Sabitri Mitra (Baidya) in terms of the impugned judgment and order dated 22.07.2015, to be directly remitted into their respective accounts. The application stands disposed of.
