Vide detailed order dated 13th April, 2015 the ad-interim bail was granted. The main case against the applicant is that he was taking money from poor persons for getting them loans under various schemes of the Government. The complaint has not been lodged by any of the victims but is lodged by one Sri Ananda Kar who himself claims to be a broker who arranges citizenship certificates for others. In this view of the matter, I am of the considered view that the bail which was granted on 13th April, 2015 be confirmed on the same terms and conditions. Application is disposed of.
