JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The instant petition is filed for granting leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 15.12.2014 passed by the learned Addl. Session Judge, West Tripura, Agartala, Court No. 5 in ST 127/2013.

We have gone through the contentions made in the instant petition as well as the Judgment and order, as stated supra.
