By filing this writ petition, the petitioner alleged that respondent No.3 has constructed a latrine in the boundary of the land of the petitioner and thereby the petitioner will be deprived of enjoying his land because of bad smell of the latrine. It is contended that the petitioner made representation to the Executive Officer of Agartala Municipality but the Executive Officer of Agartala Municipality did not give any response. The dispute what is stated in the writ petition is purely of civil nature for which the petitioner may approach the appropriate Civil Court seeking relief. I find nothing to invoke writ jurisdiction of this Court in the case. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed.

The petitioner if so advised may approach the proper Civil Court seeking proper relief.
