By filing this petition, the petitioners again prayed for extension of three months time to comply order dated 23.07.2014 passed in WP(C) 340 of 2013. It is submitted by Mr. Chakraborty, learned counsel, that there are still some hurdles the respondent-petitioners are facing to comply the order and further three months time is necessary to comply the order with all its effectiveness. Already 9(nine) months have elapsed since the order was passed. So, 60 days time is allowed to the respondentpetitioners to comply with the order in letter and spirit. The order should be complied within 60 days from today. CM application according stands disposed of.
