Considering the fact that judgment and order dated 12.08.2015 passed in L.A. APP. No.73/2012, titled as The State of Tripura & others vrs. Smt. Kalyani Bhattacharji, has already attained finality, as can be inferred from the averments made in the application, the same is allowed.

The amount of `2,13,293/- deposited in the fixed deposit by the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the respondentapplicant Smt. Kalyani Bhattacharjee along with interest accrued thereupon, to be directly remitted into her account. The application stands disposed of.
