Learned G.A., Mr. T. Dutta Majumder appearing for the State respondents submits that the respondents do not like to contest the case. He has further submitted that the petitioner may submit the Declaration Form in original along with supporting documents for processing her employment under Die-In-Harness Scheme due to the death of her deceased husband as per the Government of Tripura G.A.(P&T) Department Memo. dated 24.06.2002. In support of his contention learned G.A. produced the original file of the Department i.e. File No.F.7(205)-FWPM/ESTT/LAW/2015 (Note No.4). A copy of Note No.4 is placed in the file.

Learned counsel, Mr. C.S. Sinha for the petitioner submits that application for employment under Die-In-Harness Scheme was submitted by the petitioner and copy of the same has been annexed as Annexure-4 to the writ petition. The petitioner shall submit a fresh copy of the petition with all supporting documents and Declaration Form as per the requirement under the Scheme for processing the employment.
