HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.G. CHATTOPADHYAY Order 07/05/2021 Petitioner Sri Krishnendu Malakar who was the original claimant in TS (MAC) 11 of 2010 before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, South Tripura, Udaipur (as it was then) has filed this application for withdrawal of an amount of Rs.25,000/- lying deposited with the Registry of this High Court vide cheque No. 564124 dated 03.08.2011 in connection with MAC App No. 80 of 2011 (D/O). Heard MR.

Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the respondent applicant who urges the court for permitting withdrawal of the whole amount of Rs.25,000/- by the respondent applicant.

Also heard Mr. S. Debnath, learned Addl. P.P. who appeared on the other day and submitted that Mr. P. Gautam, advocate of the Insurance company would appear and have his submission before this court in this proceeding.

Today, Mr. S. Debnath, learned Addl. P.P. appears before the court and submits that he has discussed the matter with Mr. P. Gautam, learned advocate of the Insurance company who will have no objection in disbursing the amount in favour of the applicant. Accordingly, the Registry will disburse the said amount in favour of the respondent applicant namely Sri Krishnendu Malakar within a week. Meanwhile the applicant shall furnish his bank details to the Registry.

In terms of the above, the application stands disposed of.
