P.P., submits that the charge-sheet has already been submitted. Other than that there is no other changed circumstance. A detailed order was passed on 28-04-2015 wherein reasons were given for grant of bail. There is no reason to vary the order.

Therefore, the order dated 28-04-2015 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
