I have not gone into the merits because till date, the entire documents have not been supplied to the accused.

The Judicial Magistrate as well as the Police Officer who is present in person are requested to supply all the documents to the accused through his counsel Mr. P.K. Biswas, Sr. Counsel, within 15(fifteen) days from today. Thereafter, the State is directed to ensure that the accused is taken to the residential chamber of Sri P.K. Biswas on at least 3(three) days so that there can be effective consultation between the accused and his counsel. Thereafter, the petitioner may file a detailed bail application based on the record which he shall get from the prosecution. Bail application is rejected at this stage.
