By filing this petition the petitioners prayed for amendment of the writ petition and to incorporate Tripura Public Service Commission as respondent No.4 and also prayed for adding a new paragraph 18(A) in the writ petition as per schedule of this petition. Learned G.A. does not oppose the prayer but keeps the right reserved to file additional counter affidavit.

Registry is directed to amend the writ petition as per schedule of this petition. The petitioners are to file an amended writ petition incorporating the amendments within seven days supplying copy to the other side. In the event the amendment is made the petitioners are to take step for service of notice on the added respondent-TPSC.
