Sur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. D. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. This is a petition filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 40 days in preferring the criminal revision petition under section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act against the order dated 18.12.2014 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Kailashahar, Unakoti, Tripura in Case No. Criminal Miscellaneous (125)-10/2014. The causes as assigned in this petition cannot be fully satisfactory and even some serious inconsistent statements have crept into this petition.

But, having regard to the substantial ends of justice, this court has to take a liberal approach. Mr. D. Chakraborty, learned counsel, in order to resist the s aid prayer for condonation, has submitted that even a completely false statement has been accommodated in para 5 of this petition, which is not expected from the husband. Be that as it may, the delay of 40 days in preferring the criminal revision petition as stated is hereby condoned.
