SAHA The instant applications are filed by the claimant-respondent-applicants for disbursing the money deposited by the appellant-Opposite Party with the Registry of this Court. Mr. Lodh, learned counsel for the claimant-respondent-applicants submitted that this Court vide its judgment dated 20.11.2014 disposed of LA Appeal No. 23 of 2008 and LA Appeal No. 24 of 2008. Thereafter, in LA Appeal No. 23 of 2008 the appellant-Opposite Party No. 1, i.e. the Executive Engineer, Khowai Nagar Panchayat deposited an amount of Rs. 2,04,297/- (Rupees Two Lakh Four thousand two hundred and ninety seven) only and in LA Appeal No. 24 of 2008 deposited an amount of Rs.

2,30, 980/- (Rupees Two Lakh Thirty thousand nine hundred and eighty) only with the Registry of this Court. Therefore, the claimantrespondent-applicants want to withdraw the said amount. Mr. Deb, learned senior counsel in his usual fairness submits that he has no objection to the prayer for withdrawal of the amount, as has been deposited with the Registry of this Court. In view of the above, Registry is directed to disburse the deposited amount to the claimantrespondent-applicants, after following the necessary procedure, within a period of one month from today.

The claimant-respondent-applicants shall supply their Bank Account numbers along with the Xerox copy of the first page of their Bank Pass Book. With the aforesaid order, both the CM applications are disposed of. Download Date: 8-05-2017 16:05 1/1
