This is a petition filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 29 days in preferring the connected revision petition being Crl. Rev. P. No.27 of 2015 under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 against the order dated 02.12.2014 delivered in Misc. Case No.51 of 2014 by the Judge, Family Court, Agartala. Having regard to the explanations so given in this petition, this court is satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for condoning of such delay.
