Earlier anticipatory bail application of the accused, Manobrata Debnath was rejected by this Court. However, he has surrendered on 16.04.2015 and he is still in custody. In the circumstances of the case, learned Addl. P.P. also does not oppose the prayer of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances and considering that sufficient time has already been consumed in the meantime for investigation and investigation is also at a concluding stage, bail prayer of the accused is allowed. He be released on bail on his execution of a bail bond of `10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Belonia on condition that he should keep himself available before I.O. as and when required and that he should not interfere in the investigation or influence the witnesses in any manner.
