By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the part of the judgment and order dated 08.04.2015 delivered in Criminal Appeal No.24 of 2014 is challenged. Mr. Purakayasta, learned counsel at the outset has submitted that the grievance in this petition is confined to the imposition of cost by the impugned judgment and order dated 08.04.2015 delivered in Criminal Appeal No.24 of 2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, North Tripura Judicial District, Dharmangar.

After going through the reasons given in the impugned judgment and order, this Court is not inclined to exercise in its inherent power as the reasons so assigned in the impugned judgment and order is justified in the circumstances of case. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
