For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the entire awarded amount including cost and interest in the Registry of this Court within 8 (eight) weeks from today and the operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 13.01.2015 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, West Tripura, Agartala, Court No.1 in T.S. (MAC) 246 of 2012 is stayed.

On the amount being so deposited the same shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of two years at the first instance. No amount shall be released unless the Insurance Company is first heard in the matter.

The C.M. application is disposed of.
