By filing this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner challenged letter No. 3662-63/Case No.Rev/Review/39/2013 dated 18.04.2015 written by the District Magistrate & Collector, Unakoti District, Kailashhar to the Under Secretary to the Government of Tripura, Revenue Department, Agartala. I find nothing to issue any direction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India in the matter. However, after hearing the learned counsel of both side, it is ordered that the petitioners will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum seeking the relief, which the petitioners deserve and in case such an approach is made by the petitioners, the matter should be disposed of at the earliest.
