TAPASH NATTA @ PAPAI Vs THE STATE OF TRIPURA HONBLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE DEEPAK GUPTA This is an application for grant of bail filed by the applicant-petitioner Shri Subal Natta on behalf of the accused, Sri Tapash Natta (hereinafter called as the accused) in respect of Sonamura P.S Case No.62 of 2015 registered under Section 302/301 read with Section 34 IPC.

The main ground raised by Sri P. K. Biswas, learned senior counsel is that the accused is only 19(nineteen) years of age and there is a case where he should be released on bail keeping in view his young age.

I have considered the submission of Sri P. K. Biswas but I am unable to agree with the same. The accused may be only 19 years but his deceased wife who he has allegedly murdered was also only aged 18(eighteen) years. At this stage, this court is not going into the merits of the case but all that one can say is that the allegations are serious in nature.
