This is a petition under Order XLI of Rule 19 of CPC praying for re-admission of L.A. App. No. 128 of 2008 for hearing, which was dismissed for default by order dated 16.04.2015. After hearing learned counsel of both side and considering the ground stated the prayer of re-admission of the appeal is allowed subject to payment of a cost of Rs. 1000/- to the Library Fund of the Bar Counsel of Tripura.
