This is an application filed by the applicants for releasing the amount deposited by the respondent with the Registry. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.

For the reasons so assigned in the application, the same is allowed.

The amount deposited by the respondent in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the applicants namely, Smti. Hiranbashi Choudhury, Smt.

Sushamaya Choudhury alias Sushama Kapali, Sri Parameshwar Choudhury, Sri Sujit Choudhury and Sri Rajyeshwar Choudhury, along with accrued interest, in equal share, to which they are entitled to, by directly remitting the same into their bank account(s), details whereof shall be furnished by the applicants.

The application stands disposed of.
