Learned Advocate General, Mr. Das placed on record a communication dated 09.07.2015 by the District Collector and Magistrate, North Tripura, Dharmanagar to the Under Secretary, Government of Tripura and submitted that the relief sought in this writ petiton has already been allowed and, therefore, prays for disposal of the writ petition without further adjudication.

Learned counsel, Mr. P. Roy Barman has also submitted that the relief has already been granted. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed off as infructuous. A copy of the letter is kept on record.
