No representation on behalf of other respondents. At the outset, learned Sr. counsel Mr. A.K. Bhowmik appearing for the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 has submitted that respondent No.5 is now passing days with hardship to maintain herself and her son and she likes to go back to Australia to the petitioner with the minor respondent No.6.

It is also submitted by Mr. Bhowmik, learned Sr. counsel that the petitioner in the writ petition contended that he is ready to pay the expenses of the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 for going back to Australia.

By filing this writ petition the petitioner contended that respondent No.5 in sheer violation of the order passed by the Australian Court stayed in India with the minor respondent No.6 and thereafter denied to go back to Australia. The petitioner prayed for mandating/directing the official respondents to deport the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to Australia.

Since the respondent No.5 herself is now ready to go back to Australia with minor respondent No.6, the purpose of writ petition is served. The petitioner has contended that he is bound to pay the cost of journey of the respondent No.5 and 6 from Tripura to Australia. So, an agreed order is passed that the petitioner shall arrange Air tickets of the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 from Agartala to the place of petitioner at Australia and shall also provide some reasonable funds for the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 for meeting their expenditure on way to Australia.

As agreed, the order shall be complied within three weeks. With this observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. Download Date: 8-05-2017 16:05 1/1
