This is an application filed by the applicants for releasing the amount deposited by the respondent with the Registry. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same. Considering the fact that judgment and order dated 28.07.2015 passed in L.A. APP. No.51/2011, titled as The Officer Commanding, 112 RCC, GREF, C/O-99 APO, Panisagar vrs. Shri Lakheswar Barua & another, and other connected matters, has already attained finality, as can be inferred from the averments made in the application, the same is allowed.

The amount deposited by the respondent in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the applicants namely, Sri Paritosh Barua, Smt. Madhabi Barua, Smt. Sumita Barua, Sri Priyatosh Barua, Sri Pramatosh Barua, Sri Debatosh Barua, Sri Ashutosh Barua, Sri Bhabatosh Barua, Smt. Shilpi Barua and Smt. Dulu Barua along with accrued interest, in equal share, to which they are entitled to, by directly remitting the same into their bank account(s). The application stands disposed of.
