In terms of the judgment and order dated 28.07.2015 delivered in L.A. App. No.52 of 2011, the appellant-respondent, the Officer Commanding, 112 RCC (GREF) has deposited a sum of Rs.24,516/-. Now, the referring claimant-applicant has filed this application seeking leave of this court for withdrawing the said amount. The leave is granted.

Registry is directed to transfer the said amount to the referring claimant-applicant following the procedure.

In terms of the above this application stands allowed and disposed of.
