By means of this application the respondent-applicant urges this court to grant leave to withdraw the amount that has been deposited to satisfy the judgment and order dated 22.06.2010 delivered in LA APP No.54 of 2011. There is nothing impeding in granting the leave to the applicant to withdraw. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to transfer the deposited amount to the applicant's account in terms of the procedure that is followed.
