As the appeal filed by the State applicants has been allowed vide the judgment dated 19.11.2015 in MAC APP No.60/2012, the applicants are allowed to withdraw a sum of Rs.25,000/- deposited by them with the Registry for filing the appeal after satisfying the usual formalities. This order is passed since counsel for the respondents is not available and cannot obtain the instruction.

The application is disposed of.
