Datta for the appellant-petitioners and learned counsel, Mr. D. Bhattacharji for the claimant-respondents. On hearing learned counsel of both side it is hereby ordered that the operation of judgment and award dated 15.09.2014 passed in Case No. Misc. (L.A.) 14 of 2011 shall remain stayed till final disposal of the connected L.A. Appeal No.18 of 2015 subject to condition that the appellant-petitioners shall pay 50 per cent of the enhanced awarded amount with interest thereon within 75 days.

If the payment as aforesaid is not paid within 75 days, the stay order shall automatically stand vacated.
