Bhattacharji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as Mr. A. Ghosh, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the state. This is a petition for suspending the order of sentence dated 27.11.2013 delivered in G.R.42/2013 by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kamalpur, North Tripura and affirmed by the judgment and order dated 16.09.2014 delivered in Criminal Appeal No.01/2014 by the Addl. Sessions Judge, North Tripura Judicial District, Kamalpur. Having regard to the term of sentence, this court in view of the provisions of section 389(3) of the Cr.P.C. is of the considered opinion that the order of sentence may be suspended till disposal of the criminal revision petition, being Crl.Rev.P.No.36/2015 and accordingly it is ordered.

The petitioners, namely Sri Bikash Deb and Smt. Priti Rani Deb shall remain on bail on furnishing bail bond of `5,000 (rupees five thousand) with one surety of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kamalpur, Unakoti Judicial District, subject to the condition that as and when this court would direct for their appearance, they shall appear before this court without any default.
