By filing this petition the applicant-petitioner prayed for allowing the applicant to annex a copy of letter dated 12.12.2012 as Annexure-12 to the writ petition at the end of paragraph 7 of the writ petition after Annexure-11 to the writ petition. Learned senior counsel, Mr. Bhattacharji for the respondent-OPs has no objection. The prayer for amendment stands allowed.
