Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and also perused the impugned judgment in the connected appeal being Crl. A(j). No. 25 of 2015. According to this Court, this is not a fit case where the order of sentence should be suspended. Accordingly, the prayer for suspension of the order of sentence dated 10.12.2012 is rejected.
