This is an application filed by the applicant- claimant, who is the mother of the deceased for release of the amount.

The accident, in question, took place on 10.04.2007. More than 8 years have elapsed. Therefore, it is ordered that amount be released to the applicant by remitting it to her individual Bank account of the claimant details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2 (two) weeks from today.

It is made clear that the amount shall not be deposited in any joint Bank account of the claimant.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
