By means of this application, the applicants have sought release of the amount. The amount falling to the share of the claimant petitioner No.1 Sri Haradhan Saha be released to him along with proportionate interest by remitting it to his Bank account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2 (two) weeks from today. As far as the other claimants are concerned, they may file separate applications with the affidavit of each one of the claimants. Then only the amount can be released. The application is accordingly disposed of.
