It is submitted by Mr. Nath that the respondent-O.P., Chanu Miah died on 02.02.2010 and that appellant-petitioners came to know the facts on 04.03.2015. The appellantpetitioners could not take steps for substitution of the legal representatives of the deceased respondent-O.P. in time and there was a delay of 13 days in filing the petition for substitution.
