The award of the learned Tribunal was enhanced by this Court vide Judgment dated 18th March, 2015 but no apportionment of the amount has been made. In my view, only the mother is entitled to the entire awarded amount and it is held that she alone will be entitled to the same.

Out of the amount deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- shall be released in favour of the mother. The rest shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of three years at the first instance. The interest accruing thereupon shall be sent to the mother for meeting her day to day expenses on quarterly basis by remitting it to her Bank account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this court within 2(two) weeks from today. After three years a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- shall be released in favour of the mother every year till the entire amount is released to her.
