Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the respondents have deposited the entire amount as directed to be paid by them by the judgment and order dated 12.09.2014 delivered in W.P.(C) 228 of 2008. The Registry may allow the petitioner, namely Bhakti Acharji [the petitioner No.1 in the W.P.(C) 228 of 2008] and Smt. Parul Acharji [the petitioner No.3 in the W.P.(C) 228 of 2008] withdraw their respective shares on proper identification. But the share of Jayanta Acharji [the petitioner No.2 in the W.P.(C) 228 of 2008] who is admittedly minor shall be maintained in term deposit of nationalised bank till he attains the majority.
