Case No :Crl.Petn. 0000020/2015 Party Name : THE STATE OF TRIPURA Vs ARNAB CHAKRABORTY HONBLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE DEEPAK GUPTA The order dated 02.6.2015 passed in Bail Application 34 of 2015 is clarified and it is made clear that the accused shall be taken to the chamber of the counsel only during the hours permitted under the Bengal Jail Code and he can either meet the counsel in his chamber in the Court room during the permitted hours or may be taken to the residential chamber of the counsel on a Saturday or Sunday as may be convenient to the counsel.

Petition is disposed of.

Registry is directed to hand over a copy of this order to Mr. A Ghosh, learned Public Prosecutor.
